Our Mission

Wholistic Health & Wellness

The Health & Wellness ministry at Northwest SDA Church promotes physical, mental, and spiritual well-being for our congregation. We believe that taking care of our bodies is a form of stewardship and respect for God's creation.

Through nutrition education, fitness programs, health seminars, and community wellness events, we empower our members to live healthier, more vibrant lives aligned with biblical principles of wholistic living.

Nutrition Classes

Learn plant-based cooking techniques and discover the health benefits of whole food nutrition rooted in Adventist wellness principles.

Fitness & Exercise

Group fitness activities and exercise programs designed to help members achieve and maintain physical health and vitality.

Health Seminars

Educational workshops on topics like stress management, sleep health, disease prevention, and holistic wellness.

Community Events

Regular wellness events and health fairs that bring our community together to celebrate healthy living.
