• Potlucks are on the first and third Sabbaths of the month. Everyone staying should be willing to do their part by bringing a dish to share and cleaning up.

• Our church has had the Little Free Pantry in front of it for 1 ½ years. Many people in the local area look to it when they are running short on food. It's a good thing to be known for. Please pick up one or two items when you are shopping to help those in need. Please buy non-perishable items and non-glass items. Good examples are: soup & crackers, peanut butter & jelly, pancake mix & syrup, pasta & sauce, applesauce, granola bars, and other items that are easy to prepare.

• Wednesday August 16, 6:00 PM special meeting with Pastor Eric Freking DMin, our guest speaker for the public evangelistic seminar in October. Planning and praying, studying and encouraging... The whole church is invited (Church Board members are expected) to attend.

• Cleaning Bee Church landscape from 3-5 tomorrow. Bring clippers, saws, and other garden tools. The bed around the sign will be redone, the day lilies divided, the 2 garden troughs cleaned out, trees and bushes trimmed, and weeds pulled. Weeds growing in playground need to be pulled. We want people to know we keep a clean church that cares for outside and inside. A good impression with the upcoming evangelistic meetings.

• Women’s Fall Retreat October 13-15, 2023 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Edinburg, Indiana. Guest Speaker Diana Jaworski has learned to creatively use her gifts and talents to bring sunshine to those in her path. She strives to assist and motivate others to live towards their God given potential. “Life's Journey is sweeter when you bring others along!” Early Bird (EB) Registration must be postmarked by September 1,2023.
