• Please help support our church's blessing box. Many from the community are coming here for help with food. You can add it to the box directly or leave it in the fellowship hall to be put in. Just pick up one or two non-perishable items when you do your regular shopping. Examples of things to add: peanut butter & jelly, granola bars, cereal, soup & crackers, pasta & pasta sauce, pancake mix & syrup, applesauce, and canned tuna. These are just examples of items that are usually gone very quickly. PLEASE DO NOT DONATE EXPIRED ITEMS. Thank you.

• We need your help in constructing a float for the Crown Point 4th of July parade in Crown Point. 10:00 am - noon. We will be building a float at Laurie & Mario Valentino's home on the 1, 2, and 3rd of July in the late afternoon /evening. The theme will be God Bless America with Christian Education. We need help in securing a trailer and a driver. The tentative plan is for constructing a blackboard with abc's topping it and the words on the board: God Bless America with Christian Education, red white and blue bunting with patriotic flag bunting. A flag to say pledge at review stand, desks with children simulating playing chimes (God bless America" with red, white, blue shirts and shorts with canned music and a twirly flowers around the base of float to look like a garden in bloom. We are trying to make it a relaxed fun Christian classroom. Please sign up and let Jim Pavelka know if you can help and be part of the parade. We plan on passing out pencils with church school logo on with number to call and also advertising the fun fair open house. If you have a better idea, please let the committee know. We just want to do some outreach in the community. Maybe we can get the pastor on the float directing the children and playing his violin.

• Loose Offering is always for church expense unless specifically marked for something else.

• An updated church directory is being worked on for the near future. If you do NOT want your information on the directory then please let Laurie Valentino or Robin Gilliland know. If you DO want your info in there and they don’t have it, let them know.

• Prayer: An elder will be available after church service in the pastor’s study for any who would like special prayer.

• Friday night vespers music: Every 2nd and 4th Friday 6-7 pm at the church

• NEWSTART program June 17 at 6pm. Everyone is welcome.

• Cheer for the Northwest Adventist School crew during the 4th of July city Parade - a good advertising opportunity for our Christian values and school program.
